We used the Kelly MetLaw Legal Plan to handle the adoption of our son. While there were still some
out-of-pocket costs, all of the attorney’s fees were covered by this benefit which was a tremendous savings
to our family.

We’ve offered the Accident and Critical Illness insurance plans through Unum.
These plans pay you a lump sum benefit in case of an unexpected illness or injury. These plans may be a
perfect fit for you if you enroll in the Enhanced or Basic Consumer Driven Health Plan (CDHP), as you can
put the benefit payout toward paying your medical plan deductible.

Life Insurance Moves to Prudential
To keep the premiums affordable for all employees, we have moved our Life and Accidental Death &
Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance from Unum to Prudential.
During this Annual Enrollment only, you can enroll in the Voluntary Life and AD&D up to the guaranteed
issue amount with no medical questions asked (or what we refer to as Evidence of Insurability).
